A documentary about Christina Aguilera claims to have unprecedented access to her life.
She is like a genie in a bottle that is about to be let out.
Deadline says that a new documentary about Christina Aguilera will be made by Time Studios and Jay Z’s Roc Nation. These two companies recently worked together on a docuseries about Megan Thee Stallion.
The outlet says that the people making the movie will have access to the 41-year-old Grammy-winning artist’s life in a way that has never been done before.
The project, which hasn’t been given a name yet, will look into both Aguilera’s personal and professional life, according to Deadline. It will include footage that hasn’t been seen before.
Ting Poo, who won the Critics’ Choice Documentary Award for “Val,” about Val Kilmer’s fight against cancer, will be in charge of the movie.
Poo told Deadline, “Christina Aguilera is one of the most famous artists of our time. Her music has moved millions of people all over the world.”
Poo edited a 2008 MTV documentary about Aguilera’s fellow singer Britney Spears.
